Chat With Nat
Happy Friday everyone! This week’s VoIP Innovations Chat with Nat is going to be a short and sweet one. I have some things to share about ITEXPO (News - Alert), blog posts coming up for next week and even some news about our Cloud Hosted Billing system.
I want to first talk about ITEXPO. As you already know, we’ve been preparing for the August 13 and 14 show that’s going to be held in Las Vegas. I’m very happy to say that this morning we shipped off 14 boxes full of great things we’re excited to show off at ITEXPO. If you’re one of our Wholesale VoIP customers, then you’ve hopefully gotten your free VIP pass that’s located in your BackOffice account. We know there are quite a bit of you on the West Coast and we’d love to meet with you at the show! We’ll be at Booth 413 so please make sure to stop by and visit us! While you’re there, you’re also going to have to grab some of the awesome giveaways we have.
Coming up next week on the blog we’ll be posting a fantastic article on Disaster Recovery Plans. Does your current Disaster Recovery Plan include VoIP? To wrap up this week’s Chat, I wanted to let everyone know that this week I’ve been working to create training videos that teach you how to navigate our Cloud Hosted Billing System. We launched this a few weeks ago and believe me when I tell you, it’s truly an amazing tool. In these videos, I cover everything from setting up your revenue accounts to customizing your billing statement templates. If you find yourself getting stuck on something and are one of those people who’d rather troubleshoot your own problems, then these videos are perfect for you.
