Welcome back to your weekly Chat with Nat! We had a few awesome blog posts to share and next week we’ll definitely have some more. We had two posts from our friends at Media Shower this week: How VoIP Can Help You Learn More About Your Customers and Keeping Up-To-Date With Telecommunications Trends.
In the post on learning more about your customers through VoIP, the author, Dana Rasmussen, identifies three pieces of information that can be obtained. The first is finding out where the calls are coming from, the second is personal information such as names, emails, and other demographic data, the third is determining where your customers actually find your number. All of this information is critical to running a successful business, and who would have thought that VoIP could make it easier!
The second article we received from Media Shower offered some great tips on how to stay current with the constantly changing Telecommunication industry. John Terra has written numerous posts for us and in this particular one, he outlines various workshops and courses that can help keep you and your company ahead of the curve.
The last article that we had this week was from one of our Porting Representatives, Trichelle Barish. She has been with us for a few months and thought it would be great to share tips with our customers on what they could to do help their port move smoothly. She offers a simple checklist with four items that will definitely make the porting process quicker and more efficient.
