VoIP Innovations Gearing Up for ITEXPO Miami 2013
VoIP Innovations (News - Alert) has been bringing its more than 20 years of telecommunications experience to customers to ensure satisfaction and that their unique needs are met. Now, the company will be bringing its latest and greatest to this year’s not-to-miss ITEXPO (News - Alert) Miami 2013, where it will surely leave customers not only fulfilled but wanting more.
ITEXPO serves as a symbol of all of the innovation in the rapidly evolving world of communications and technology. A bi-annual event, this ITEXPO kicks off on Jan. 29 and runs until Feb. 2 in Miami, Florida. ITEXPO Miami 2013 is stocked with informative and relevant panel sessions, serving as a haven for those either afflicted by the challenges currently being faced in a great variety of technological markets or those desiring to learn more. Additionally, it serves as a great opportunity for attendees get the broad picture as well as in depth-details concerning business-building, research and developmental insights.
I was able to speak with Jason Tapolci, president at VoIP Innovations, where he detailed everything the company plans to showcase while exhibiting at booth #507, as well as its expectations for the event.
Recently, the company released yet another round of impressive features for its signature Titanium III BackOffice platform, where “big ticket items” include its API 3.0, new SMS capabilities and E911Alert Notification system.
The API 3.0 offers additional features and is easier than ever to install, meanwhile, its E911 alert notification system comes at no additional cost and allows any DID registered to the VoIP Innovations E911 service to configure E911 alert notifications. “Dialing 911 from a registered number will activate the E911 alert notification system, sending e-mail and text to specified contacts,” Tapolci added.
“We listen very closely to the market needs and try to satisfy them,” he divulged earlier this month, which is also what influenced the company to release enhanced features late last year to its BackOffice for customer satisfaction – including such things as Internet fax, in/outbound fax services, the ability to move DIDs in bulk from one endpoint to another, the ability to export DID history and the ability to expedite LNP orders. These were “all features that were requested from our customers,” he said.
All of these newer features were prepared just in time for display at ITEXPO, Tapolci tells TMC (News - Alert). Additionally, its failover service is “very big and something that [the company] had a lot of push for.” Essentially, this means that if the company’s switch goes down, it can very easily provide a failover for DIDs in its BackOffice so that its end-users still receive their phone calls. Even more, the company has continued to improve its latest Titanium Private Label (TPL) with plenty of new additions, which will also be on show at the event.
“We’re really excited for Miami,” he concluded, predicting, “I really think the entire wireless market is going to start to really explode.”
VoIP Innovations had a great experience at last year’s ITEXPO Austin 2012, and surely looks forward to impressing customers and fellow show attendees with all of its latest and greatest for 2013.
