CommPeak Rolls Out Short Duration/Dialer Termination Service for Call Center Industry
When it comes to the VoIP industry, voice termination services are fast gaining in importance. Various sectors are benefitting from this service, which simply creates a route through which voice can be transmitted or sent over the open Internet. Hong Kong-based CommPeak, a provider of carrier-grade wholesale VoIP termination services has introduced a new dialer / short duration termination service specifically designed for the call and customer contact center industry. The new service expands the company’s existing services of VoIP termination, origination, toll-free DIDs, wholesale SMS and more.
In a news statement, the company explained that the call and contact centers that are in need of high call volume with short duration tolerance and capabilities will particularly benefit from its new voice termination service.
According to CommPeak, the global call center industry is in the need for a reliable auto-dialer and short duration termination service, which top-tier telecommunication carriers apparently do not provide. Dialer traffic is often regarded as commercially inexpedient by major carriers. With an aim to address this gap, CommPeak has introduced this new service featuring short-duration and automated dialer plans for the contact center industry.
CommPeak’s short duration and dialer termination solution ultimately leverages the company’s voice network infrastructure, boasting high performing switch and redundancy capabilities.
CommPeak is committed to offering extremely affordable rates to its customers, and based on its understanding about call center needs, CommPeak helps keep their dialer traffic costs at a minimum.
“We’re happy to offer a specific voice termination service that so many call centers need, but the big carrier companies fail to provide. In addition to offering a much needed service, it was also important to us to make it affordable and easily manageable to the companies who need and use it,” CommPeak’s CEO noted in a statement.
In other news, the company also recently unveiled its new company website. The site is expected to highlight the wide array of services delivered by the company to serve the needs of all types of companies and businesses.
