Cloud-based SimpleFone Takes Flight
The impetus of change today is innovation. Playing a primary role in this performance is cloud computing with VoIP growing in prominence as the deployment of choice for business communications. Developers have much to toil with within the developer sandbox, and this week SimpleFone showed off some new enhancements.
SimpleFone, a subsidiary of HD View 360 Inc (News - Alert), announced a number of enhancements: modernized infrastructure to support the growth of the VoIP services provider, the Simple Affiliate Partner sales program, and the establishment of safer and secure SRTP/TLS compliant encryption platform in addition to new software and POS/CRM integration functionality.
"We are beyond excited to introduce SimpleFone and its updated features to the marketplace," said SimpleFone and HD View 360 CEO Dennis Mancino. "By activating the next phase in our acquisition strategy, HD View 360 is actively positioning SimpleFone to become a leading VoIP carrier in the rapidly growing, $195-billion-a-year VoIP industry."
Starting from the bottom up, SimpleFone recently secured a new data housing center, with an additional redundancy center, in addition to a new VoIP switch capable of supporting up to 100,000 phone lines at one time.
With a growing client base, SimpleFone was faced with infrastructure improvement to support this growth. Return on Investment (ROI) will come far sooner than later.
And, adding increased integration capability only adds to the value of investing in a feature-rich and future forward VoIP solution.
"These new features, combined with a cost-efficient, upgraded software and fully-encrypted system, will allow us to capture a significant portion of the market by 2024, while providing exceptional service to our customers and increased profit margins to our loyal shareholders," said Mancino.
The VoIP market is on the rise; this is no shock. The benefits are undeniable. So I have to ask: Is your business leveraging VoIP? If not, why not?
