Content marketing has become a hot topic recently. Have you defined a content marketing strategy and how has it helped you build your business?
Yes we have defined a content marketing strategy. By producing and distributing more content (blogging, infographics, videos, social media) about our products on a consistent basis, it has helped grow our business and made us more widely known.
How have the growing number of high-visibility security breaches impacted your outlook on security? Which breach is of greatest
We have always been focused on security and continue to keep abreast of new threats and have outsourced penetration testing to ensure that we are up to date. The greatest concern would be a customer data breach.
To what extent are you leveraging APIs to enhance business opportunities?
We utilize APIs to automate vendor orders.
What emerging technology has the potential to have a disruptive impact on businesses in the coming years?
IoT has the potential to become a serious security threat and will cause issues if it is mismanaged or lacks security.
How has your business’ product development evolved over the past year as a result of emerging technologies?
We aim to give our customers choice, automation, and control. Our products are always centered around improving those three things. As technologies emerge, we get better, simpler and faster.
