VoIP Innovations Makes it Easier to View and Manage DID Numbers
VoIP Innovations (News - Alert) has been doing a lot already this year to expand its offerings. For example, in January, the company launched its wholesale DID SMS solution, expanding the already full list of wholesale DID features — which include faxing, CNAM, E911 and 411 — with the ability to send and receive messages for a flat per-message fee.
Now, the company has enhanced its recently introduced My DID groups feature, which allows customers to better organize their DIDs, by adding the ability to view all of their DID numbers — meaning local, international and toll-free — in one place in the BackOffice. This enhancement to My DID groups was implemented due to multiple customer requests.
"We have been receiving a number of customer requests stating that they would like to see all of their DID’s, meaning local, international and toll-free, in one place in the BackOffice," reads a post from the official VoIP Innovations blog. "As you know, at VoIP Innovations we listen to our customers and try our best to give them the features and functionalities they want, so we looked into what steps needed to be done to make this feature happen."
This is really quite impressive considering My DID groups have only been around for about two months, especially since VoIP Innovations was able to complete development and testing of the feature in that time.
Actually, VoIP Innovations recently made it easier than ever for customers to offer feedback by way of a new feedback management system for the BackOffice. This system not only allows customers greater opportunity to express opinions and ideas, it also offers them with real-time updates on the status of their feedback.
With this level of approachability, it's no wonder VoIP Innovations has managed to spur on continual growth. After all, happy customers are always a benefit to business.
Before this expansion of My DID groups, customers had to look in different areas to see DIDs of different types as local, international and toll-free were in separate areas. With all types of DIDs now located in the "My DID Groups" section, DID data can be managed from a single dashboard.
