Telinta Expands Its White-Label Cloud-Based Solutions Offering
Telinta unleashed a flurry of news this week at ITEXPO.
The company offers white-label cloud-based solutions enabling telecom service providers to offer VoIP services, without deploying their own billing and operational support systems. The company’s TeliCore hosted platform does rating, billing, routing, reporting, and provides self-care portals. Clients also can leverage the capabilities of multiple carriers and other third-party providers for DIDs, E911, taxation and other services directly from Telinta’s hosted platform.
New from Telinta this week is Direct Calling, a new addition to the company’s TeliSIM MVNO solution. TeleSIM uses VoIP to replace very expensive GSM so service providers can allow for roaming services at much lower prices. Anthony Stiso, Telinta vice president of marketing and sales, says the new Direct Calling feature makes it much easier for customers to call from Europe to other European destinations, and without callback.
• Multiple Line Appear is a feature found in legacy PBXs that some customers may want to keep as they move to new hosted solutions, and Telinta now allows that to happen. Telinta users can easily register one account on multiple lines of an IP device and provide end users with this feature, the company says.
• Phone Book Integration, meanwhile, allows for greater ease of use, as hosted PBX (News - Alert) users as a result can manage their contacts across multiple devices support by Telinta’s Telicore softswitch platform.
• As for Remote Reboot, it now allows Telinta users to reset and upgrade remotely as opposed to having to ask customers to reboot or send out installers to install new software.
Telinta this week is also announcing a partnership with VoIP Innovations (News - Alert). Telinta has APIs to many leading DID providers, says Stiso, and now it has one with VoIP Innovations as well. When you open a voice business, adds Stiso, you are opening up a mozaik, and that needs to include an array of other players and solutions like DID and termination.
Telinta is also showcasing its Virtual Office solution here at ITEXPO (News - Alert). It allows VoIP service providers to enable customers to customize their own telecom solutions in the cloud. Service providers can brand a portal that customers use to log in and set up voicemail, extensions, or whatever else on Telinta’s cloud-based platform. As a result, Stiso points out, these service providers can do business around the world because customers can simply access the services through an online interface.
