VoIP Innovations Partners with Bicom Systems and ICON Voice Networks
VoIP Innovations (News - Alert), a company specializing in providing the largest DID and termination VoIP footprints in North America, recently announced that it has joined hands with Bicom Systems and ICON Voice Networks. As a result of the partnership, the customers of Bicom and ICON will be using services compatible with that of VoIP Innovations.
“This compatibility is reflected in the ease of configuration of VoIP Innovations in the Bicom Systems switch. In this case, configuration was straightforward and quick,” said Saulio Reyes of Bicom Systems.
Bicom Systems researches and integrates Open Source (News - Alert) Telephony Projects to commercialize by unifying with its suite of Telecom Management Software. In September 2004, Bicom Systems launched its PBXware software and became the first company to deliver an Open Standards Turnkey Telephony System. By unifying the open standards telephony and its own proprietary software, Bicom Systems provides SMBs, enterprises and governments worldwide with turnkey solutions that take account of clients’ needs within a cost-effective framework.
On the other hand, ICON Voice Networks designs, develops and distributes voice networking and integrated office products and solutions that serve the communication needs of businesses of all sizes and specialties. ICON Voice Networks provides clients highly reliable communication systems that integrate voice processing with other office monitoring and notification systems, providing a single office automation solution. It also serves as a master distributor for multiple IP-PBX (News - Alert) and unified communications product lines providing sales support, in-service support and custom development.
In related news, VoIP Innovations plans to launch an information hub where customers can get a wholesale VoIP education or download the VoIP Innovations BackOffice software. Titled “VoIP Innovations University” (VIU), this resource center will allow customers to obtain the best VoIP information on demand. The initiative is aimed at bringing all the latest VoIP industry news to the customers’ fingertips and empowering those customers to make better decisions for the success of their VoIP business.
