The company has officially revealed that it has revamped its dashboards, which now sport a brand new wiki which will provide resellers with more real-time data, the company divulged in a blog post released today. Just in time for the most loving holiday of the year, Valentine’s Day, users can fall in love with Titanium III all over again with these enhanced dashboards and wiki, which will better help customers find real-time answers to commonly-faced questions.

“This wiki provides information on sales, support, number porting, provisioning, API as well as general information and it is easily accessible through their industry leading BackOffice, Titanium III, or an RSS feed,” the company continues in the post.

The company further explains in the post that monitoring data is “a must” when running any business. “Having access to data in real-time can mean the difference between success and failure. VoIP Innovations refers to this as account transparency and believes the more transparency, the more efficiently a business can be run. Understanding a business’ C.O.G.S. (cost of goods sold) and managing the logistics of these goods is key. The VoIP Innovations dashboards provide all of the metrics needed to efficiently manage these goods.”
