VoIP Innovations Knows What the Telecommunications Market Wants (and Needs)

Late last year, the company released some new features to its already enhanced BackOffice, including in/out bound fax services, the ability to move DIDs in bulk from one endpoint to another endpoint, the ability to export DID history and the ability to expedite LNP (local number port) orders. The best part of it all? All of these features were directly requested from its customers.
“Through our BackOffice, any of our customers can submit a feature request or provide feedback to our team. We review, prioritize, and develop features according to the overall impact it will have on all our customers,” Tapolci explains, “We listen very closely to the market needs and try to satisfy [them].”
Nick Medina, VP of Product Development at VoIP Innovations, added that “one thing that holds true is that customers are never short of ideas.”
Continuing this momentum, the most exciting features added to Titanium III this month include the API 3.0 and E911 Alert Notification system. The API 3.0 will offer users even more features and is easier than ever to install, and the E911 alert notification comes at no additional cost, allowing users whose DID is registered to the VoIP Innovations E911 service to configure E911 alert notifications. The company has also made it known that even more enhanced features related to fax, E911 alerts and SMS will be available shortly. Also in this release, the company added some smaller yet equally powerful tools for customers to gain enhanced visibility into their accounts.
