VoIP Innovations Reveals Impressive New Fax Service for ITSP, Reseller Profit Pools

Just last month, the company added not one but two new features to Titanium III. One allows customers to export their wholesale VoIP DID search results from the BackOffice into either an Excel spreadsheet of CSV format, and the other – a Bulk Endpoint Group Change feature – allows customers to move multiple DIDs between endpoints rather than one at a time.

Now, the company has added yet another feature to its already impressive wholesale VoIP service offerings – a new inbound and outbound fax service, or fax-to-e-mail and e-mail-to-fax, which is now available to all T.38-enabled DIDs.

By absorbing and understanding the demand landscapes of its profit pools, the company targets customer who want aggregation, automation and innovation in a highly competitive market. The company’s newest fax offering is specifically designed for ITSP and reseller profit pools, providing both inbound (fax-to-e-mail) and outbound (e-mail-to-fax) capabilities.

One of the main influencing factors in this new service offering was “listening to what our customers (profit pools) want or what we call their current demand,” explained President of VoIP Innovations, Jason Tapolci.

Not only is VoIP Innovations’ inbound fax product very easy to understand and use, but all of the company’s T.38 (fax)-enabled DIDs boast the ability to turn on or off fax-to-e-mail capabilities. All the user has to do is add one or multiple e-mail recipients and then send, a company statement explains. Even better, this can be done anytime in real-time through each customer’s innovative Titanium III Wholesale BackOffice.

Its outbound fax product is equally as easy to use, where users simply send an e-mail with an attachment using any e-mail browser, and the company’s system will then convert that e-mail into traditional fax. The only thing customers need to do is add an e-mail address to a particular DID, which will then be ready to send.

“Understanding current demands are simply table steaks; truly great companies understand what their profit pools want but don’t realize they want,” Tapolci adds. “We refer to this as latent and emerging demands, something we are always working to identify.”

VoIP Innovations has even more plans to continue satisfying customer needs, as elaborated upon by Nick Medina, VP of Product Development.

“By the end of 2012, we fully anticipate launching our SMS product,” Medina says. “Additionally, in early December, VoIP Innovations plans to launch their new Titanium III Private Label Hosted PBX (News - Alert) solution. Private Label is a fully turnkey hosted PBX platform, designed to satisfy the non-switch owner demand pool.”
