Ernest Communications to Secure Wholesale VoIP from Birch Carrier Solutions

A major wholesale agreement has been signed between Ernest Communications (News - Alert) Inc. and Birch Carrier Solutions, a wholesale division of Birch Communications. Under this agreement, Ernest will become a wholesale customers of the IP-based telecom and managed services provider for the small- to medium-sized business (SMB) sector. 

Ernest Communications, according to this Market Watch announcement, is one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world dedicated exclusively to serving businesses with multiple locations. 

The company will make use of the state-of-the-art Birch IP-Network to leverage wholesale VoIP options."We are very pleased to provide Ernest Communications with access to Birch's best-in-class IPNetwork," said Chris Aversano, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Birch Communications, in the news release. "This agreement further enhances Birch's commitment to provide high-quality service providers like Ernest Communications with competitively-priced wholesale services that they can use to serve their customers." 

A facilities-based wholesale VoIP provider, Birch Carrier Solutions serves the Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) segment, as well as Internet Service Providers (ISPs), VoIP providers and resellers.Bryan Cornett, vice president of Business Planning for Ernest Communications said, "We are excited to add an elite carrier such as Birch Communications to our portfolio of service providers. 

While expanding our footprint of coverage and products, Birch's commitment to their wholesale partners aligns with Ernest's commitment to provide the highest level of service possible to our customers." With an extensive network to meet a growing demand for wholesale VoIP, communications services offered by Birch Carrier Solutions include business and residential local and long distance, DSL for business and residential locations, and T1 services, such as voice, data, T1 and PRI integrated data and voice, as well as bonded/integrated T1 and PRI and integrated SIP trunking. 

Birch Carrier Solutions Director of Customer Support, Tosha Cornali, shared that priority support for the company’s wholesale VoIP customers is one of the more important aspects of the services offered. This focus continues through the entire process, from initial consultation to implementation and the ongoing operation. Wholesale VoIP customers will benefit from the resilient network offered by Birch, according to Cornali, as well as on-time service delivery, quality customer support and accuracy in billing for the optimal solution to meet all needs.
