Voip-Pal.Com Upgraded to OTC Pink Current Information Status
Voip-Pal.Com, a provider of international calls using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) technology, has been upgraded on its OTC Markets Tier to "OTC Pink Current Information" Status.
Following this upgrade, the Yield Sign and "Limited Information" caution signs have been removed from the VPLM symbol and replaced with the "Current Information" designation and symbol, the company said in a press statement.
The company started the process to elevate the status on the OTC Markets back in early June, according to Dennis Chang, president of Voip-Pal. Achieving this new Tier status is a major milestone to Voip-Pal and its current and future shareholders, Chang added.
To achieve this status, Voip-Pal compiled and uploaded three years of recent financials, posted a detailed disclosure statement and obtained an Attorney Letter of Opinion in regards to Adequate Current Information.
By complying to OTC's stringent “Guidelines for Publishing Adequate Current Information,” the company gives its current and new investors the ability to evaluate and track their investment with far more information and transparency.
Voip-Pal also said it will announce new partnerships and revenue generating projects this year. The new Tier level will help increase the liquidity of the market and open doors for more broker dealers and larger brokerage firms, Chang said.
Recently Voip-Pal.Com announced a partnership with SaSperBox.Com, a managed cloud-hosting specialist, to host its VoIP Switch technology and Apps through the SaSperBox Cloud Computing Server.
