While a lot of companies offer wholesale termination, they often stay away from dialer termination because they can experience poor dialer deck rates and poor connectivity between every call, according to Chisca.
However, after being approached by call centers who were asking for the service, two months ago Alcazar Networks decided to break the mold and find an effective way to offer dialer friendly wholesale termination. Alcazar Network’s dialer termination is advantageous for companies seeking the service as Alcazar Networks guarantees its dialer routes for customers.
“We’ve made those commitments with carriers and the quality is amazing, “Chisca said. “We are actually doing tandem trunking with these companies and so far results have been excellent.”
In addition to offering dialer friendly wholesale termination, the wholesale VoIP company sets itself apart by providing compensation for toll free termination.
Last month, Alcazar announced that it is now offering compensation for toll free termination to the US48 for those companies that terminate more than 100,000 minutes per month.
“Very few companies offer compensation on the termination,” Chisca said. “If they do, they are looking for high volume termination from 500,000 to sometimes two million minutes a month minimum to give compensation on your minutes. “
The wholesale VoIP provider will offer free toll free termination service while still guaranteeing superior call quality, service and reliability by utilizing its nationwide network of partners, unlike many free services offered by other online providers, according to company officials. Compensation rates vary depending on volume and start at 0.001/minute for low volume traffic.
