While a lot of companies offer wholesale termination, they often stay away from dialer termination because they can experience poor dialer deck rates and poor connectivity between every call, according to Chisca.
However, after being approached by call centers who were asking for the service, two months ago Alcazar Networks decided to break the mold and find an effective way to offer dialer friendly wholesale termination. Compensation rates vary depending on volume and start at 0.001/minute for low volume traffic.
